Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of O2Ten ("the service," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or paying for the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in the country where you live. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.

What we provide

O2Ten is a career and professional development platform. It spans several connected sites and covers more than job hunting alone:

• Immediate Jobs. A curated pool of everyday, unsaturated roles across IT, CS, Data Science and related fields, with visa-sponsorship context.
• Job Resources. Directories of prime vendors, vendors and implementation partners, plus an Interview Prep module.
• Extraordinary Skills. Guidance and evidence-building for conferences, publications and EB-1A style petitions.
• Resume optimization. AI-assisted tailoring of your resume against a specific job description, with ATS scoring.
• Community and learning. Courses, mentorship and a member community covering technical growth, personal finance and personal branding.
• Managed Applications. On the Premium programme only, a specialist applies to roles on your behalf and maintains a live pipeline.
• One-to-one sessions. Scheduled 40-minute career guidance video calls with an O2Ten consultant, booked through our booking page and held on Google Meet.

We provide tools, content and services, not guarantees. Hiring outcomes, visa outcomes and petition outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Memberships are offered on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time. See our Cancellation Policy for how that works.

What you agree to

• You will give us truthful information. If we discover material misrepresentation in your resume or profile, we may suspend or terminate your account without refund for the current billing period.
• You will not use the service to apply on behalf of someone else, or have someone else apply on your behalf via O2Ten while pretending to be you. Paying for a one-to-one session on behalf of someone else is different and is allowed: you may book and pay for a session that a friend or family member attends, and the booking should be made in the name of whoever is attending.
• You will not use the service to scrape, reverse-engineer, or replicate it.
• You will not abuse our team. Persistent abusive behavior toward our staff is grounds for immediate termination without refund.

Pricing, subscription and billing

Charges are in US Dollars (USD). We sell four things:

• Community Membership, USD 8.99 per month. One membership covering Immediate Jobs, Job Resources, Extraordinary Skills and the member community, across every O2Ten site. Billed monthly and renews automatically until you cancel.
• Premium, USD 299 per month. Everything in the membership plus Managed Applications, a dedicated specialist, mentorship and the full course library. Not self-serve: it starts with a connect call and is arranged personally. Billed monthly, no long-term contract.
• Optimizer Credits, one-time. Pay-as-you-go credit packs spent on the resume optimizer. Bought outright, not a subscription, and they do not renew. Pack prices are shown at checkout.
• One-to-one session, USD 29 per session. A scheduled 40-minute one-to-one career guidance video call with an O2Ten consultant, sometimes called a Quick Clarity Session. You pick a slot on our booking page and the call is held on Google Meet at that time. It is a single booking bought outright, not a subscription, and it does not renew. The current price and duration are shown on the booking page before you pay.

Payments are processed by our payment partners, Razorpay and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not by itself refund the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for when we do refund.

We may change pricing for new customers at any time. For existing customers, we will give at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect on your account.

Delivery of service

O2Ten is a digital service. There is nothing physical to ship. Access is granted to your account as soon as your payment is confirmed, normally within a few seconds. If a payment succeeds and your access does not unlock, email support@o2ten.com and we will fix it or refund you. Full detail is in our Delivery Policy.

A one-to-one session is delivered live rather than as an instant unlock. When you book and pay, you receive a booking confirmation by email straight away with the date, the time and the Google Meet joining link, and the session itself is delivered at the time you chose. Your content

You keep ownership of your resume, application materials, and any content you upload. You grant us a limited license to use this content only for the purpose of running the service for you (tailoring, applying, displaying it back to you). When you delete your account, this license ends.

Disclaimers

We do not guarantee any specific job outcome. We do not guarantee a specific number of interviews, an offer, a salary level, or visa sponsorship. Hiring is the employer's decision. Visa eligibility is the US government's decision.

The service is provided "as is." We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We will work in good faith to keep it running and to fix issues quickly.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

You can terminate your account at any time from your Account page. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, with notice when reasonably possible. After termination, we will retain a small set of records as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

O2Ten is operated for customers in the United States, and the entity that bills your card and acts as merchant of record is registered in India. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there. If you are a consumer in another jurisdiction with rights you cannot waive, those rights continue to apply to you.

Changes to these terms

When we make a material change to these terms, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date is acceptance of the updated terms.
